BioBix: Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics
The BioBix lab of Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics at Ghent University develops and applies novel data-analytical methods for omics data. We combine longstanding expertise in genome regulation and its disruption in cancer and aging with omics-based biomarker discovery and translational research, often in collaboration with clinical researchers.
